Welcome to the Handicap Project.  The process of preparing students for the jobs of tomorrow is not a simple task.  Laying a solid foundation in the areas listed below are essential if students are to be competitive in today's global market.  The goal of this activity is for students to excel at the following skills through exploring an unfamiliar topic.

During this process, students will think outside the box to develop a useful product, that theoretically could be marketed, to help someone with a specific disability.  The stakes are high and the competition will be fierce.  Each group will be competing for this "Invention of the Year".  Will your group's project impress the judges?  Let the competition begin!
